Lakewood Mansion
We reworked the entire exterior of this beautiful home for a new owner. We painted all the exterior including stripping and varnishing the natural woods, applying a special roof coating treatment to bring back the beauty of the cedar shakes and even repainting exterior light poles.
Old Town Historic
This beautiful home was in need of some TLC and the new owners called on us to bring it back to its regal nature. We scraped, sanded and repaired every inch of this homes siding and millwork. We hand tooled parts of the original columns and porch to look like new.
Blue Tudor
We scraped, feather sanded and caulked the entire exterior as well as replaced worn siding on this beautiful cottage before priming and then spraying it with Benjamin Moore UltraSpec exterior paint.
The Merritt House
Home to architect Jim Merritt. Jim has been instrumental in the rebuilding of some of Tacomas most iconic buildings. We were pleased to get the call to update the paint and finishes on his innovative home. On this home we used tinted stain instead of exterior latex. Stain holds up well in the NW winters by shrinking and expanding better than latex. We also sanded down every exterior door and refinished in a beautiful yellow accent.
Modern Efficiency
This highly efficient modern home needed restoration of its cedar accents and fencing. We sanded all the natural wood and then applied penofin semi-transparent exterior stain giving it a warm natural look.
Sunshine House
Who says exterior color need to be neutral or dark in the PNW. This "daisy yellow" brings a little sunshine to the neighborhood.
