Realfine Painting Co. has been a Tacoma institution since it was established in 1976.
In addition to our heritage of residential painting and restoration, Craig and his crew have built Realfine Painting into a large-scale commercial paint and coatings company. We have worked on sizable projects for the local municipalities including Tacoma, Federal Way and University Place, HOA’s, Business Parks and Property Owners as well as Industrial Buildings.
Realfine Painting prides itself on flawless execution from start to finish. No job is complete until our partners (you, our customer) are completely satisfied. We pride ourselves in timely responses, accurate estimates, daily updates, on-time performance, and a clean safe work environment.

Meet Our Team
President
Craig Vialle has been the owner of Realfine Painting for 7 years. Craig enjoys all aspects of running a painting company from restoring historical buildings to execution on large scale projects. He is a very “hands-on’ owner and visits all job sites regularly. Craig is extremely customer-centric and loves the long-term relationships that are built with his clients.
VP Business Operations
Mark Jensen, tenured with 30 years of corporate sales and management experience controls financial and managerial operations. He has a broad experience of business management, systems, sales and forecasting. He loves being part of a team that has passion for product and customer.
Project Manager
Brian Duncan has been with Realfine Painting since 2014. Don’t let his boyish charm and good looks fool you. He is our most seasoned veteran painter. As an experienced and accomplished project manager, Duncan (as we call him) makes the job look effortless and always achieves the highest standards. Our clients value his communication and work ethic.
Marketing
Anna Vialle fills the artistic center of Realfine Painting. Having an extensive background in retail merchandising and display she has a keen sense of color and scale that can be of great service to our clients. Her consummate leadership and decision making has been key to our successes.
Bookkeeping
Amber Collier is a construction industry specialized bookkeeper. Her familiarity with the unique needs surrounding trade work job costing, books, and tax requirements continue to be instrumental towards the growth of Realfine Painting.
